For dining you have several options including our formal dining room that has permanent seating for 8, however the table will accommodate 12. There is bar seating in the kitchen for 4 and an additional 5 can be seated in the breakfast nook. On the deck just off the kitchen you have a patio table and chairs for 6. And, the lower level can accommodate a party of up to 100 guests! Tables and chairs will need to be brought in for large groups.

You will love our four covered decks, one open deck, the covered porch and extensive rock patio areas. We suggest you start your day on the deck off of the dining room and enjoy the stream and the garden below. The afternoons and evenings are perfect for the larger deck overlooking the pond and the mountains beyond.

130 windows allow for the breath taking views to be seen from nearly every room in the house. And there are also 27 skylights!

A 500’ artesian well is the source of our fabulous mountain water you will love drinking right from the tap.

Ample parking is available in the double car port, the circular drive and the “RV parking lot” across the road.

Local phone and internet service is offered by BellSouth. Cell service in the mountains is inconsistant.
